Australia set a world record runs in the first inning of 263 runs previously it belongs to defending side Sri Lanka of 260 runs. It was second time that any team is nearer and set a world record runs in T20 formate previously before few weeks West Indies nearer to set a new world record but just missed out. Today Australian did and set a world record runs in T20 formate and we have seen a big man show in this match and he did fearless batting. Maxwell has lot of luck yesterday two time he almost nearer to got out but luck favors who took the risk and he made his maiden T20 century and scored unbeaten 145 runs. In end of the inning Travis head also joins the party and he hit few sixes in last over and cross the world record and set the record on Australian side. In reply of 264 Sri Lankan did not able to start well and Stark strike in his first over and Dilshan got out, Stark took 3 wickets and Boland also took 3 wickets. In the end Sri lankan fell short of 85 runs and it was highest run margin loss for the Sri lankan side ever. Great for the Australia but it was not great for the ICC cause they tried hard to save their old formate Test Cricket and that will not help them at all.
